1. Buy big warm coat from charity shop
2. Attach Brand name or message
3. Give modified coat to homeless person
The homeless person gets a nice warm coat, the brand gets cheap advertising which tours the city. We'd do this ourselves but we don't want human rights protesters at our door for the next 6 weeks.
